Miami, FL – May 13, 2021 – Chef Chris Valdes, the Miami-born philanthropic chef who donated more than 50,000 meals during the COVID-19 pandemic and rose to fame as a finalist on Food Network Star, debuted his self-published book One With the Kitchen with a VIP reception at the MDC Tower Theater on Thursday, May 13th, 2021. Guests enjoyed a Q & A with Chef and Diandra Lamas from Yelp as well as appetizers from the recipes in his cookbook.
